Description

CFHO has a rapidly growing Food Bank Program in Haddock, Ga. serving low and no income families as well as working families who, for whatever reason, are trying to make ends meet. We provide delivery service to our homebound seniors and disabled clients, a first in Jones County, as well as supplemental Thanksgiving and Christmas baskets to help families during the holidays.
CFHO has established itself as a community resource that treats all clients with human dignity and respect. All services are offered to anyone without regard to race, creed, color, national origin, sex, age or handicap. Through the generous giving and ongoing donations from our partners and the community, we also maintain a fully stocked Tender Loving Care Clothing Program offering weather appropriate clothing at no charge to our clients.

At the CFHO, we have big plans. Our goals include financial education workshops, interviewing classes, and motivating seminars to help equip our clients with the tools and resources they need to compete in the marketplace for jobs and income producing opportunities. Our plans also include reaching out to our non-English speaking residents to make them aware of our services and resources.
Our volunteers and staff help make the CFHO what it is. Each individual is committed to serving those in need in our community and surrounding communities. It is not only the hands and feet that serve our clients each week, it is the generosity of our wider community who donate the funds and resources the CFHO needs to help our neighbors.
