Description
Our Center provides services to women and children who are at risk for poor health and birth outcomes including home visiting health care coordination, assistance with housing, food, and clothing.
We also provide education on health care, healthy behaviors such as nutrition, exercise, prevention of chronic disease, and the importance of preventive health care.
