Description

The Center for Ecological Living and Learning (CELL) is a nonprofit organization that offers college semester abroad programs on the theme of sustainability through community. We at CELL believe in a new environmentalism, an approach that acknowledges that business, environmental, and social interests can unite in an integrated, harmonious system. Our educational programs promote introspection while also motivating participants to take action and become examples of environmental stewardship within their communities.

CELL currently offers unique study abroad experiences in Iceland and Central America. During our twelve-week programs, students earn 15 college semester-hour credits while exploring locations that are both diverse and inspiring.
