Since 1979, Center for Career Alternatives (CCA) has earned a reputation for providing high quality and appropriate education, employment, training and career development services to primarily high school dropouts, at-risk youth and unemployed, unskilled adults in King and Snohomish Counties. CCA’s mission is to provide the highest quality education, employment, training and career development services leading to individual self-sufficiency and self-worth for a culturally diverse population of disadvantaged youth and adults. CCA’s services are designed to emphasize the importance of education, the relationship between school and the world of work, and to increase positive work habits.
