Celaje Foundation, Inc.

The Celaje Foundation, Inc. administers the Olivia Hernandez Memorial Scholarship annually. Celaje also plans to institute new "Educational Sponsorship" and "Athletic Grant" programs when funds are available.

Olivia Hernandez Memorial Scholarship

The Olivia Hernandez Memorial Scholarship ("OHMS") is granted annually to one elementary or junior-high school student in need of tuition to attend school in Lakeland, Florida.

Celaje is a Florida not-for-profit corporation that was incorporated on June 27, 2003. On October 4, 2004 Celaje received a Determination Letter ("Letter") from the Internal Revenue Service declaring that Celaje is a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code ("Code"). Contributions to Celaje are tax deductible under section 170 of the Code. Celaje can also receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers and gifts under sections 2055, 2106 and 2522 of the Code.
