Description

Catholic Social Services (CSS) provides the following for those in need, regardless of belief or background: Counseling, Parenting Services, Job Readiness, Pregnancy Counseling, Food Pantry, Homemaker Services, Senior Transportation, Supportive Services, Senior Companions, Payee Services, and Long-Term care Ombudsman Services. CSS is nationally accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA), which certifies that all operations and programs meet best practice standards for professional service. CSS is a member of Catholic Charities USA, a member agency of United Way, and is licensed by the Ohio Department of Mental Health and the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. Catholic Social Services has been awarded the Better Business Bureau’s 2006 Business Integrity Award for large nonprofits, Columbus Medical Association’s 2007 Healthcare Hero Award for community outreach, and is the accredited organization to provide Parents Anonymous® services in Central and Southern Ohio.
