Catholic Charities is a 501 (c) 3 charitable organization that operates facilities that feed the hungry, that give emergency assistance to the vulnerable, that furnishes family services (counseling), that operates a prison ministry, that provides children services (foster care, adoptions, family homes), that furnishes a full range of immigrant services, and provides assistance to the elderly and disabled. Catholic Charities oeprates 12 different programs services the poor, hungry and vulnerable. All services and programs are furnished to individuals and families regardless of race or creed.
