Description
Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) program whose mission is to provide a voice in court for every abused and neglected child in the Seventh Judicial District. This is done by recruiting, screening and training volunteers. These volunteers are then sworn in by a judge and appointed to a case of severe abuse and neglect.
