CASA of the Tennessee Heartland is a three-county, non-profit agency that serves Anderson, Blount and Scott counties, is a member of the National CASA Association and the Tennessee CASA Association. The mission of CASA is to expedite the process through which abused and neglected children are found permanent, safe homes. A Court Appointed Special Advocate(CASA) volunteer is a trained citizen who is appointed by the judge to represent the best interests of a child in court.
