Saline County CASA (Court Appointed special Advocate) Program provides an innovative, cost-effective solution to this urgent crisis. CASA recruits and trains volunteers from everyday walks of life to provide individual advocacy for innocent children who might otherwise become lost in our over burden juvenile court system.
