Committed to ensuring every child victim of abuse and neglect their right to a safe, permanent home. Maryland CASA is arivate, non-profit association of local Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) programs that provide trained advocates for abused and neglected children under the protection of the courts. Maryland CASA supports the development of new CASA programs, promotes public awareness, provides training and technical assistance, provides information on state and federal legislation and court decisions, and assists with resource development.
Our goal is to have a CASA program serving each jurisdiction in Maryland anf to provide an advocate for every abused and neglected child who needs one.
