Description
CASA is a 501c3 non profit shelter contracted with Island County to provide temporary care and housing to the impounded dogs of Camano Island. CASA recognizes that cats are a large part of the animal population of Camano Island and therefore, CASA provides care, housing and adoption for as many cats as we can. Cat care can be provided thanks to the generous donations of our community supporters. When possible, we assist other shelters by taking animals (primarily dogs) that have been at their shelter for a prolonged period of time and could really benefit from a change of environment or different exposure they may receive at our shelter.
