Description
The mission of CASA of the 17th Judicial District, Inc. is to advocate for the chidlren involved in the court system, in an effort to have informed and expedient decisions made about their futures. CASA provides well trained Court Appointed Volunteer Adovocates to work on a one to one basis with children who enter the court system of the 17th Judicial District in Kansas. A CASA investigates the facts surrounding the case, makes recommendations in court to protect the child's best interest, and provides continuity by monitoring the case until final disposition is achieved.
