Description

The Carroll Arts Council and Carroll Community Theatre have provided cultural opprotunities in the Carroll area for over 37 years. We are a non profit 501c3 organization that is solely supported by volunteers, memberships, door recipts and grants. It is our mission to make the arts accessible to everyone in rural west central Iowa.
