Mission:
CARES of Washington partners with employers to develop a diverse workforce of effective employees. We provide individualized services that empower people with disabilities to reach their full potential.
Who Benefits:
We annually assist several hundred individuals with disabilities to prepare for, locate and secure employment. Services to participants and employers include: assessment of abilities and interests, job readiness training, job development, job modification, job training, job placement and retention services.
