Description
The CareLink Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit foundation whose mission is to serve medically uninsured or underinsured children in the DuPage County, Illinois area. CareLink provides serves such as car seats for infants/toddlers, school and sports physicals, immunizations, enrollment agents for the State of Illinois All Kids programs and Access DuPage program, referrals to specialists for special needs children along with interpreters and transportation as needed to accompany the family to these visits.
