The Career Transition Workshop is designed as a 12-week recurring series to help job seekers. It is open to all unemployed, underemployed, and employed individuals in transition. The workshop targets executives, managers, and professionals; however, people from all walks in life can benefit from the series..
Begun in Dallas, Texas in 1991, the workshop has assisted more than 15,000 job seekers through its affiliate workshops in churches throughout the nation. During the workshop, participants learn proven tools and techniques to advance their job search. Additionally, they get the opportunity to network with other seekers. The job search methods taught are time-tested, faith-focused, and biblically-based. Consequently, the program works!
