Description

The Cardiovascular Disease Foundation (CVDF) was established in 2002 by concerned members of the community in order to help people benefit from the great strides made in the treatment, detection and prevention of cardiac and vascular diseases. CVDF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization and our tax ID number is 05-0536041. We strive to enable the community to improve its cardiovascular health.

Mission: Our mission is to improve our community’s quality of life by empowering people to improve their own cardiovascular health through education and awareness about risks and treatment for heart attack and stroke in children and adults.
