Description

Since 1977 CAPTAIN has been assisting disenfranchised youth and families through a variety of programs including a Runaway and Homeless Youth Shelter, Emergency Food Pantry, Homelessness Prevention Program, Youth Leadership Development, Job Assist, Holiday Giveaways, Street Outreach, Reading Enrichment and Homework Help, Peace Camp, and community dinners.
