Description

It is the mission of the Capital Medical Society Foundation's We Care Network to provide timely access to appropriate specialty medical care for the low income, medically underserved persons in our community. The intent of this effort is to improve outcomes and the quality of life for persons who otherwise may not get the medical care they require.
The Network is committed to creating and maintaining an organized system of referral that encourages patients to seek early medical treatment. Through the volunteer commitment of Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare and Capital Regional Medical Center, 315 physicians and our numerous ancillary partners, the Network serves low-income persons who do not qualify for programs that would pay for the medical care recommended by their primary care providers.
