Description

The mission of CREER is to develop the Educational, Cultural and Social potential of Mexican/Latino children, youths, families and communities so that they might become citizen/leaders and contributors to a prosperous and vibrant South Orange County. In helping children realize their educational and musical dreams, CREER sponsors the Capistrano Community Mariachi Program (CCMP), which offers mariachi music education to low income children and families.
