Canopy of Neighbors, a not for profit organization, was created by a group of people who live in zip codes 14222 and 14209 in the heart of Buffalo, New York. Our mission is to give our subscribers, neighbors like ourselves, the practical means and the confidence to remain in their own homes as they grow older, and to facilitate their empowerment by linking them with whatever resources necessary to help them age in place.
