Description
Ventura County based nonprofit dog/puppy rescue and placement organization run almost entirely by volunteers. Founded in March 1996, our mission is to place unwanted, abandoned and homeless dogs into prescreened, responsible, permanent homes where they will be treated with love and respect as part of a family.
