Description
Candescent is a non-profit charitable organization whose charter is to address the unique needs of families with children that have sustained a brain related injury at birth that has resulted in cognitive and/or muscular disability. Candescent’s objective is to provide individualized supplemental support services that are not available through existing programs and to facilitate and aid in the procurement of existing services that are available.
