The Cancer Research and Prevention Foundation (CRPF) is a national, non-profit health foundation whose mission is the prevention and early detection of cancer through scientific research and education. Since 1985, CRPF has provided more than $74 million in support of cancer prevention research, education and outreach programs nationwide. Nearly 10 million cancer survivors are living proof of the value of cancer research and education. But cancer remains the leading cause of death of Americans under the age of 85, and more than 500,000 people in the U.S. die each year from the disease.
