Description
Each summer, a week-long camp is held at a camping sight in Babler State Park in St. Louis, Missouri. The campers are kids who go to St. Louis-area hospitals and either have, or had a cancer or blood-related disease. The camp is cost free for the camper's parents. The staff/counselors are all volunteer and stay overnight with the campers. There are on-duty nurses that also stay at camp to provide the children with medication when needed. The week consists of swimming, fishing, painting, sports, etc. The more money raised, the more kids that can attend this most wonderful camp.
