Description
Camp Rainbow provides a free, wholesome recreational 1 week camping experince for deserving boys and girls of Montgomery County between the ages of 7 and 12. It is located on Clemmer's Mill Rd, Spring Mount, PA on 17 acres of land under lease with Montgomery County. Camp Rainbow is operated for 8 weeks during the summer months and has the capacity to provide a camping experience for 90 children a week. We are operated on the basis of need and benefit to the child in the community without regard to sex, race, creed or color. Camp Rainbow has operated on a budget maintained in part by donations from organizations and the generous citizens of Montgomery County. With rising cost of $250 to send a child to camp for one week it is becoming increasingly difficult each year to raise funds necessay to send deserving children of Montgomery County to camp.
