Kirk and Chelsea Cameron established in 1989, Camp Firefly is a week-long retreat for seriously ill children and their families. Camp Firefly is designed to nurture and provide each member of the family with an opportunity to meet new friends who truly understand what they are going through.
The camp is loacted in Georgia. Activities include bike riding through the forest, water skiing, and playing volleyball. We have barn dances, pool parties and even a trip to a wild animal park. Moms get “makeovers” and dads go fishing with the kids. One night, the parents spend a quiet, romantic evening together while the kids join in an authentic African Drum Party with our staff.
