Description

Camp Fire USA builds caring, confident youth and future leaders. Boys and girls from Pre-school through high school learn skills by doing. Learn about creativity, your community and yourself, environment, future, and more. Camp Fire USA curriculum is used in club activities, Great Day Out (12 days of fun while school is not in session), I Can Do It (self-reliance program to be able to keep themselves safe if they are alone), Gift of Giving (a service learning program enables the children to make a difference in their community), after school programs are held in area elementary schools weekly. Camping and environment programs are held at Camp Trowbridge, Vergas, MN, and is located between two beautiful and clean lakes on 88 acres of wooded property. The curriculum enriches the healthy assets the Search Institute identifies. Camp Fire USA-Today's Kids, Tomorrow's Leaders.
