Description

The Cambodian Association of Rochester, Minnesota (CARM) is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization that has set forth on uplifting the Cambodian Community. CARM will provide early intervention as well as primary prevention. CARM will accomplish this through education, recreation, family guidance, cultural preservation and general assistance. CARM hopes to solve the many problems faced by Cambodian parents and their children.
