Description
Our mission is to create paths and opportunities for those seeking greater self-sufficiency, independence and dignity through education, training, housing and other services. We have been successfully providing services throughout Northern California for over 42 years and currently serve more than 15,000 individuals annually. We provide a broad spectrum of human service programs serving farmworkers and other low-income populations, public assistance recipients, and those who are disabled, unemployed, homeless, or involved with the criminal justice system. CHD currently operate approximately 45 programs funded by various federal, state, local, and private sources.
