Description
A non-profit established in 1982, the Collaborative's mission is "changing lives by improving health and wellness". The Collaborative's current programming focuses on breast and cervical cancer screening and case management, maternal and child health, teen pregnancy prevention, youth development, tobacco prevention and cessation, and nutrition and physical activity. With offices throughout Northern and Central California, the Collaborative provides services to underserved Californians; especially those who face barriers related to culture, language, immigration status, income, gender, education, geography and/or income.
