Description

Business and Professional Women's (BPW) Foundation is the first nonprofit organization dedicated to conducting research and providing information about workingwomen. The mission is to empower workingwomen to achieve their full potential and to partner with employers to create successful workplaces.

BPW Foundation develops targeted programming and informative publications in the areas of knowledge, policy, education, and research. Fresh programming, innovative ideas, targeted outreach and strategic collaborations promote the role of BPW Foundation as a neutral convener into the 21st century—creating systemic change to improve the lives of all workingwomen.

BPW Foundation produces publications, white papers, and bibliographies about the challenges and triumphs of women in the workplace. Research studies have identified trends, shaped policy and educated the public about national issues and the specific needs of workingwomen.
