Business Fellowship of America is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making or distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c )(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future tax code. The specific purpose of the corporation is to build a strong community in the following ways. 1. Assist in the building or expansion of Christian churches. 2. Build affordable homes for underprivileged persons who wtherwise could not afford one. 3. Develop youth programs in conjunction with churches and other non-profit organizations. 4. To be a "catalyst" for minorities, low-income persons, and women to realize their dream of small business ownership by providing seed capital for; start-up or operating cost, equipment or expansion grants, technical assistance, and management traning. 5. Provide crisis and emergency assistance.
