Description
BCLC is a non-profit organization committed to helping adults in our community learn to read and/or improve their literacy skills. In addition to reading classes, the Literacy Council has classes to train parents in how to better help their children in school. The Literacy Council also offers English classes for those wanting to learn the language. All training, classes and materials are free and available at anytime.
