BOTHANDS, Inc.=Building, Opportunity, Through, Housing, And, Neighborhood, Development, Services.
Our vision is that all Flagstaff residents have access to safe, decent & affordable housing w/an opportunity for upward mobility. Development-New home development & acquisition. Rehab projects by adding more low & moderately priced houses to the market. Homebuyer Assistance Programs/Education-Down Payment Assistance, One-on-One Counseling, Education Workshops(Homebuyer & Credit/Budget). Sharon Manor-Sharon Manor is a transitional Home for women & children who are survivors of domestic violence & homeless. Working towards self-reliance & stability. YouthBuild Program-Helps youth, ages 17-24, who need to compete their high school diploma or GED, have an interest in taking college level classes for a certificate in Green Building & Sustainable Construction. YouthBuild provides leadership development, mentoring & coaching for a successful future.
