Build Jake's Place is dedicated to building playgrounds where disabled and "abled" children can play together. 10% of the children in our country cannot play on a playground - even an ADA approved playground. Utilizing special design and construction, Build Jake's Place will build "boundless" playgrounds - playgrounds for everybody!
Our first site is in planning and we hope to complete it soon. Build Jake's Place was created in honor of Baby Jake Nasto, who died at 2 1/2. Jake loved playgrounds, even though he was unable to play on most of the apparatus.
