The Buffalo Mural Arts Project is under the umbrella of the B.E.S.T. Community Association, a grassroots, non-profit organization located on the eastside of Buffalo. B.E.S.T. has been in existence since 1987 and continues to empower local residents, encouraging revitalization of our community, and earning respect for our regional culture through the visual arts and by creating greenspaces that will enhance the surrouding area and give back to the community.
BMAP focuses on revitalizing areas that are frequently overlooked by standard budgetary means. BMAP relies strongly on artistic and volunteer efforts to make a significant difference in the neighborhood. This effort will illuminate the area with artwork and encourage pride in our residents and awe from our visitors.
