Description

Mission: To Create and Share The Experience of Innovative Theatre. Bruka Theatre is a unique, ensemble driven, live theatre in downtown Reno, Nevada. For 16 years Bruka has presented classic, contemporary and original live theatre for adults and children. Bruka Theatre for Children presents original and adapted theatre (currently Grimm's Fairytales) by professional actors, touring schools and communities throughout Nevada and California. We are supported by ticket sales, our Friends of Bruka Program, local businesses and grants. The main stage features shows that have included:
The Rocky Horror Show, Othello, Plays by Sam Shephard, The Compete Works of Shakespeare Abridged, Reefer Madness The Musical, Metamorphoses, Dirty Blonde, Amadeus and our original production of The Buttcracker and The Buttcracker II to list a few favorites.
