Brooklyn Japanese American Family Association


BJAFA was founded by and is operated by Japanese and Japanese-American parents living and raising children in Brooklyn, NY. Its primary objective is to help children of full or part Japanese origin learn and preserve their cultural heritage. It operates Japanese language classes and holds cultural events to educate children. It also provides parenting support to Japanese and Japanese-American families through various seminars and workshops.
