Description
The mission of Brookfield Craft Center is to teach and preserve the skills and value of fine craftsmanship and enable creativity and personal growth through craft education. It has been recognized as one of the finest professional schools for creative study in America and offers the widest and most varied curriculum in the region. Classes and workshops are taught by nationally acclaimed local and visiting artists. Students explore blacksmithing, ceramics, glass, jewelry making, fiber and woodturning. The six fully-equipped studios, exhibition gallery and retail craft gallery are housed in six historic buildings along the Still River.
