Description
Services provided to adults with traumatic brain injuries through the New York State Traumatic Brain Injury Waiver Program. Our goal is to increase independence while simultaneously improving overall quality of life. We also provide services to adults with a medically documented physical disability and to adults aged 65 and over regardless of whether they may have a disability, through the New York State Nursing Home Transition and Diversion Waiver Program.
