Description
Bridge of Hope Burlington County seeks to End and Prevent Homelessness for single mothers and her children in Burlington County. 1 and 50 children in the United states today will have faced homelessness.
As a ministry, our board and staff assist one family for 12-18 months to gain housing and financial security. Our partnership program with local churches provides a mentoring group to help mom and her children over come homelessness and find the family support many do not have.
