Description

BRIDGE For Youth with Disabilities provides year long day programming for adults and recreation progamming for all ages.
Our Mission: BRIDGE collaborates with school, county and community serving agencies in providing lifeling learning for youth and adults with disabilities.
Vision: Youth and adults with disabilities will be seen as community assets to be nurtered and developed so they can become welcome, productive and engaged citizens in the community.
