Description
We do awareness training about attitudes towards people with disabilities. That is the objective. The methods we use is through presentations using the executive director's background as he was born with cerebral palsy and labeled as having a low IQ yet graduated with a B.S. degree in vocational rehabilitation. Now he speaks throughout the country using his experience and background to communitcate with all segmentss of society, e,g,--parents. families, students, businesses, teachers organizations, etc. to give them better understanding of people with disabilities. Another method we use is printing brochures and also maintaining a website that most clients will go to for information.
