Brazos Valley Center for Independent (BVCIL) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to the advancement of full participation of individuals with disabilities in all aspects of life. As a consumer driven organization, the services of BVCIL are developed, directed, delivered and governed primarily by individuals with disabilities. The goals of BVCIL are to empower individuals with disabilities to become viable parts of their community, and to make the community and society aware and sensitive of individuals with disabilities.
