"The Branch PTO exists to promote and support a rich, challenging and exciting educational environment for the children of Irving L. Branch Elementary. It aids in building a community comprised of Branch students, Branch parents, and Branch staff that are supportive of one another and united in their efforts to secure quality education for the school. Branch PTO promotes the welfare of children and youth in home, school and the Edwards AFB Community."
