Description

Our Mission: To enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.

Since 1936, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Mississippi have been “the positive place for kids” during the critical, often unsupervised, after-school and summer hours. Most of our members are young people from disadvantaged economic, educational, social, and family backgrounds. More than half report that their Boys & Girls Club literally “saved their lives.” We operate 6 clubs in the greater Jackson area and a camp facility in Hazlehurst.
