Description
It is the mission of the Boys & Girls Club of Elgin to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. To fulfill its mission, the Club implements programs and initiatives based upon four core principles: (a) provide a safe place for children to learn and grow;
(b) develop the relationship-building skills of youth through mentoring relationships with caring adult professionals; (c) deliver life-enhancing programming; and, (d) deliver character development programs that create hope and opportunity within all the lives they touch.
