Description

Special Needs
The Challenger District is the special needs division of the Northern Star Council. We serve boys, girls, men and women of all ages, and all abilities, because our program is based on cognitive, rather than chronological age. Currently, over 3000 special needs individuals’ lives are touched by Challenger District Programs. Through educational and experiential learning programs, the Challenger District aims to give our participants skills that will last a lifetime. We continually strive towards building participants’ self-esteem and giving them a feeling of accomplishment
